"With over 80 years of research and study, Harvard finally released their findings: the key to human happiness is...healthy relationships." "A 2019 article in the Journal of Abnormal Psychology showed depression rates soaring in children and young adults between 12 and 25 years old. In the wide ranging study, no age group over 25 years old had a depression rate higher than 10% but specifically in the 16-19 and 20-21 ages, they topped over 15%. The lead author of the study said, "We have a generation of young people who are suffering from depression and suicidal thoughts at a much higher rate...we should stop trying to explain that away and recognize that it's a problem and try to solve it."
